Business conditions and complaints

1. E-shop operator

2. Order

The B2B e-shop is intended for retailers, national Go associations, schools etc.
Before placing the first order, customers must register via the registration form, providing the necessary identification information.
Goods are ordered by confirming the order in the e-shop. Alternatively, an order can be sent by email.

3. Transport

The seller will inform the customer within 2 working days about the price of the transport, the date of dispatch and the estimated time of transport. If the customer disagrees with this, the order can be cancelled.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are based on the current price list of goods at the time of the order. If the customer is a VAT payer and has a registered office in an EU member state (outside the Czech Republic), VAT will not be charged to the price of the goods.

5. Terms of payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made by bank transfer. The seller will issue an invoice with a maturity of 14 days on the day the goods are shipped to the customer.

6. Returning goods

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Information on withdrawal from the contract can be sent by the buyer via the form http://treygo.cz/reklamace/, by post or electronically to the contacts mentioned in Article 1. 
The buyer shall ensure the return of undamaged goods within 14 days. Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the seller will return the purchase price and the return transport price to the buyer.
Further details regarding the return of goods are governed by applicable EU and Czech legislation.

7. Complaints

Complaints against goods can be submitted via the form http://treygo.cz/reklamace/, by post or electronically to the contacts mentioned in Article 1.
The seller is obliged to issue a written confirmation to the customer about when the claim right has been applied, about the content of the complaint, the method of handling the complaint requested by the customer and the date and method of handling the complaint, including confirmation of repair and its duration, or a written justification for the rejection of the complaint.
Complaints, including the removal of defects, must be settled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of the claim.
Further details regarding complaints are governed by applicable EU and Czech legislation.
